*Originality of "Manufacturing Process of Chemi- clean″

　

1) Cleaning Effect

1. Chemi-clean dissolves and removes the dirt of the external wall.

We had some satisfactory results such as the dirt of the 20year-old aluminum panel or the 40year-old porcelaintile

2. Fur, mold, rust these are removed very easily by Chemi-clean.

We have also the washing liquid for the EFUROESSENCE(Calcium Carbonate)

3. Dirt is removed in a moment by applying the washing liquid without any dissolution time.

4. We are trying to clean much larger space in a day by our speedy and perfect dissolution Capacity of Chemi-clean

2) Characteristics of ゛Chemi-clean″(Original Product)

1. Chemi-clean has three following types; acid, neutrality, alkaline.

2. Chemi-clean is bio processed by vegetable elements.

Followings are the concepts of the products.

(2) No damage to windowpane, window frame and flower garden

(3) Safety for the staff

(4) No damage to our environment without any drainage of acid elements by complete neutralization on the wall before draining

　

3. There is no need to select the best detergent at the trial washing or before the actual operation since Chemi-clean is developed based on the material of external wall.

4. Chemi-clean works without any mixture with water or other material (except alkaline detergent).

3) Characteristics of ゛Manufacturing Process of Chemi-clean″

1. Dirt is removed after you apply the Chemi-clean with quality sponge on the wall.

It is unnecessary to remove dirt with power since dirt is dissolved only by the chemical power of detergent.

2. Process with using the acid detergent is followed by the three steps without dropping:

To apply the detergent -To apply the neutralization -To wash with water. For example, ten year-old dirt of exterior tile would be dissolved in a minute by wiping a few times with mop.

Washing drain would be completely neutralized by applying neutralization lightly after dissolution of dirt.

Measures for pollution is perfectly taken.

3. Lightly wet mop with detergent would be enough so that the cost would be minimized.

For example, one can of our main product, Chemi-clean No.7S(from\80/1m) can cover more than 500m(\40,000)

4. Mop with long stick (1.5m) is used for this work, space cleaned would be wide from the fixed position.

No extra power required. At the building with three floors and roof, operation can be done from the basement and the roof.

5. No need to water the wall before the operation and it can be started by directly applying the Chemi-clean

6. Washing by water after dissolution of dirt and neutralization can be done by 30-40kgpressure to external wall by porcelain or panel can be washed without any pressure.

Thus there is no need to prepare any high-pressure washing machine and also water

should not be warm so that hot water boiler is unnecessary.

　

7. This detergent is safe to use without any goggle or glove.

8. This detergent is not harmful for plants so that operation can be done without any protection for windowpane, window frame or flower garden.

9. The operation at the altitude working car, gondola or special car would be used so that it costs 1/3-1/4 compared to the painting.
